レジのおばさんが高給にならないのは、スーパーのレジ打ちという仕事について社会的に給与水準の相場があって、たぶんスーパーがそれほど儲かってなくて、生産性の差が倍くらいであれば辞めても2人のアルバイトを補充すればいいので、法外な分配率は要求できないからだ。給与を劇的に増やすには、おばさんの仕事がスーパーのレジ打ちではない別の高付加価値のものだと定義し直し、儲かっている小売店で、新入りが束でかかっても代替できない何かを提供しなきゃならない。例えば超儲かっている新業態の小売店で、物理的な理由でレジを増設できず、職人芸的な客捌きが必要とか。
